Refund and Replacement Terms
《hkmart.cc》guarantees that all products are of high quality and are genuine. Due to hygiene or individual reasons, no replacement or refund is provided for any reason. (Excluding product spoilage)
If a customer suspects a product may have spoiled and requests a return, we will return the product to the manufacturer or distributor for inspection and verification. This typically takes one month. If the product is found to be spoiled, we will gladly accept a return for an identical product and return it to the customer free of charge.
Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted for any reason, including:
Products purchased on or before the current day
- The product has been opened or consumed (for example, if the packaging or box has been removed). (Excluding product spoilage)
- The customer has an allergic reaction to the purchased product (the product is unsuitable for consumption). If a customer develops an allergy to a purchased food, this may be due to the product being unsuitable for consumption. hkmart.cc assumes no responsibility or costs incurred in this regard.
- Spoiled product, but more than 50% of the original capacity has been consumed
- The product is not properly packaged, damaged, or incomplete
- Special offer products
- Any free gifts and sample packs
In case of any dispute, hkmart.cc reserves the right of final decision and no objection will be given.
Transaction Completion
If the customer does not apply for any exchange on the same day, it means that the transaction is completed. This online store does not bear any legal responsibility and will not arrange any replacement of goods.

Delivery Method
The “hkmart.cc” e-store provides the following delivery services:
(1) Free delivery offer – enjoy free delivery for orders over HK$1,000 after discount.
(2) Standard delivery service (Hong Kong – SF Express) – SF Express cash on delivery (SF Express local courier fee: first 1kg $30, $6 per 0.5kg thereafter)
Change Delivery Address or Delivery Method
Once an order is confirmed, the address or delivery method cannot be changed. Orders will be shipped according to the customer’s information. Customers are responsible for any delivery errors caused by incorrect information input. Please note that we will not arrange product replacements due to customer input errors.
Hong Kong Delivery
Except for promotions specifically noted on the website, shipping costs are as follows:
- Free shipping is available for orders over HK$1,000 after discount.
- For orders under HK$1,000 after discount, SF Express cash on delivery is required.
For delivery to remote areas in Hong Kong, customers will be subject to an additional door-to-door delivery surcharge. Please refer to the SF Express website for detailed terms and conditions. The door-to-door delivery service price does not include the remote area surcharge, special warehousing service fee, or other special handling fees; shipments to these areas will incur additional surcharges.
Delivery Time
Generally, customers who arrive before 4:00 PM Monday to Friday will receive a delivery fee. Place an order on the hkmart.cc website, confirm your order, and complete payment. You will receive an email stating that your hkmart.cc order is being processed. Orders typically take 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped, depending on stock availability.
Under normal circumstances, standard delivery arrives at the delivery address within 2-3 business days. Orders to remote areas of Hong Kong may require an additional 3-4 business days. We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays. Delivery times may be affected by holidays (e.g., Christmas, Lunar New Year, and Easter). Delivery times will be delayed when a Gale Signal No. 8 is hoisted or a Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect.
